Lamborghi Indomable Going Into Production as Mostro Di-Potenza SF22

The Lamborghini Indomable concept was a design born from the minds of Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares as part of a design program sponsored by Lamborghini.

That’s because a company called 215 Racing has acquired the rights to the Indomable design, and it plans to turn out a production version. The actual production car will be built under the SF22 as a part of the Mostro Di-Potenza sub-company.

The car will be powered by a mid-mounted 9.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that develops 2,000 horsepower. Now that’s fighting talk! This isn’t a dragster we are talking about, but a road-going hypercar with a nice paintjob and rear-wheel drive configuration. Sounds insane to us, but we love it!

The car will have a six-speed transmission, which we hope is man enough for this kind of power, and will weigh about 3,000 lb (1,360 kg). Nought to 60 mph (98 km/h) will take just 2.5 seconds and the top speed is a Veyron-rivalling 265 mph (426 km/h). Oh boy, this won’t be easy to ensure!
