NEW YORK - Lexus re-crowned as the best brand in JD Power survey on customer satisfaction study in sales or customer service statisfication index (CSI) in the United States (U.S.). This is the second title in two last years Lexus.
The results of JD Power in the U.S., assessing customer satisfaction and views of various aspects of the Lexus managed to retain the most luxurious brands in the U.S. by bagging 715 of the 1000 respondents who participated.
